Consultation & Mini Report

 How does it work? 

 During the visit by appointment, we carry out a site survey and take photographs of your property. We recognise and recommend changes to the property that will have the highest impact and improve the appearance of the property.
All points discussed during the appointment and any further suggestions are enclosed in a Mini Report which will also include an Action Plan and Design Theme Board (with suggested examples of staging). 

Consultation & Full Report

How does it work? 

 During the visit by appointment, we carry out a site survey and take photographs of your property. We recognise and recommend changes that make the strongest impact in improving the appearance of the property. This option is suitable for clients willing to invest in property redecoration or styling. 

All points discussed during the appointment and any further suggestions are enclosed in a Full Report which will also include an Action Plan, Room by Room recommendation, Furniture Layout and Design Scheme Board (with images of actual custom selected products to purchase for redecoration or styling).

 Online Consultation & Mini or Extended Report 

We produce a recommendation based on photographs sent to us by the client. During the online meeting we discuss recommended changes and follow with a Mini or Full Report.
