Interior Design - Our Process
Stage 1. Concept Development & Design
During an initial consultation, we will discuss with you the project, budget, scale and time frame of works.
Following the consultation, we will establish a brief and prepare a series of design presentations which may include, according to your requirement, spatial and structural arrangements, colors, lighting, furnishing, joinery and finishes.
Each element of the design presentation is discussed, developed, and costed to be approved and signed off by you.
Stage 2. Procurement & Sourcing
During the Procurement and Sourcing design stage, we offer help with purchasing products and services to save you time and stress. Our sourcing and procurement include creating Purchase Orders with detailed specifications, coordinating and reviewing quotes from suppliers and contractors on your behalf, arranging and updating the status of deliveries, and checking the quality of received products.
Continuously reviewing the budget, we ensure that all products and services we select fulfil the approved design and meet the agreed price range.
Stage 3. Project Management
Should you require us to manage the installation of the project, we work with experienced and trusted contractors to deliver the highest quality of service.
Colour Consultation
We understand how overwhelming it might be to select the right colour for your home. Our team will work closely with you and provide our expert advice to create a bespoke colour scheme tailored for you to enjoy at your home or commercial space.
Our consultation starts with an assessment questionnaire, which will tell us more about your requirements, details of the space, lighting conditions, your inspirations and ambitions.
During the online or onsite consultation, we will discuss your own personal preferences and your home needs in detail which will enable us to confidently advise you on colour techniques to use in order to optimise the potential of your space.
Following the consultation, we will prepare and send you a presentation with the written specification of selected colours and products, complemented by sample cards or wallpaper swatches.
